• Conduct THREE water tests to ensure accuracy of readings
• Add applicable chemicals to balance swimming pool / spa water (chemicals, included in service at no charge to customer)
• Empty swimming pool skimmer & filter baskets into service container and remove debris from property
• Skim Net entire swimming pool surface to remove floating debris
• Deep scrub brush swimming pool/spa walls and floor
• Vacuum entire swimming pool surface (including steps, platforms, etc)
• Inspect pool pump and pool filter equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Inspect automatic pool vacuum (if applicable)
• Recommend preventative maintenance options
